I started Qi Gong with Jeremy 2 years ago when I moved to Hassocks. The first impressions I had were how professional, kind, and considerate he was, subsequently I have started to find out just how knowledgeable he is. I didn’t think I would be able to manage zoom during lockdown but he made it so easy for us and his teaching has really helped us through these difficult last few months. “Jeremy was my first qi gong teacher. I enrolled in his class at the gym about 9 years ago, thinking I was going to a stretch class. It quite simply changed my life.

Since then I have had several teachers, and even been on a qi gong retreat in Greece. It has all been an extraordinary journey which has been healing, calming and has taught me so much. Gentle yet powerful Qi gong on Zoom

I have only practiced Qi gong with Jeremy remotely, but I have found his classes enormously useful. He takes time to explain the movements and demonstrate them in sections, which helps my learning process. I am surprised by how much positive impact Qi gong has had on my fitness, state of mind and breathing. It’s gentle but powerful. Long may the remote classes continue!

Easy to follow Qi gong on Zoom

I’ve been looking for a Qi Gong class and amazingly started one with Jeremy at the beginning of Lockdown via Zoom. The sessions have been great, easy to follow and quietly invigorating. I find them particularly helpful for realigning my posture.

The groups are warm, friendly and supportive of each other

“Tai Chi classes Wu style held every Monday, beginners 5-6 p.m and intermediates 6.15 – 7.45 p.m. The venue is great, large room with high ceilings, wooden floors and large windows. The groups are warm, friendly and supportive of each other. Jeremy is a great teacher, going over movements again and again until they become second nature and always happy to explain things. He also explores the meaning of the movements to go deeper into the philosophy of Tai Chi.”

“Jeremy is an excellent teacher. He is warm, patient and has a sense of humour. Learning Tai Chi is a lengthy undertaking, and it is important to find a teacher you trust and like. The classes involve hard work, but are also fun. Learning the sequence of movements is easier when you understand their original meaning when used as a martial art, and Jeremy is good at explaining this.”

Aware of the Yang and the Yin in every movement

“It’s difficult to define what is so special about Jeremy’s tai chi class. It’s possibly just being able to spend an hour and a half thinking of nothing else other than movement, but it’s more than that. Jeremy is guiding us through the Wu style Long Form, beginning with lots of seemingly random movements which suddenly coalesce into part of the Form in a very satisfying way. Also now the pleasure of knowing most of the sequence and being able to concentrate on staying connected and relaxed as we do it, aware of the Yang and the Yin in every movement. Well, that’s the theory – a lot more practise needed!”

The effect after one treatment on swollen painful arthritic fingers

“Morning Jeremy,

Can I cancel tomorrow. the swelling has gone down, there’s no pain and I’ve got about 95% movement. I’ve ordered some of those acupressure rings on Ebay and I’ll let you know how I get on. If it flairs up again I’ll contact you.
